Action For Happiness

Action for Happiness is a movement for positive social change bringing together people from all walks of life who want to play a part in creating a happier society for everyone.

Despite being much wealthier than they were 50 years ago, people are no happier. At the same time there has been an increase in wider social issues, including a worrying rise in anxiety and depression in young people.

It's time for a positive change in what is meant by progress.
