Stompin' Dave & His Bluegrass Band, Stompin' Dave Allen

Stompin' Dave and His Bluegrass Band makes its debut at The Bridport Electric Palace on Friday 15th May. Bridport based Stompin' Dave, "one of the world's greatest performers" according to Maverick, has now teamed up with the cream of London's bluegrass scene. He will be bringing his bluegrass band to his home town for the first time.

Having only been running a couple of years, Stompin' Dave & His Bluegrass Band has already made headline festival appearances at National Banjo Day, and the Tolpuddle Martys Festival, and performed at major events such as Bestival, and Camp Bestival. Dave is supported by a trio of musicians from top London hoedown bands Cut A Shine and Kidnap Alice forming what has been described as a bluegrass super group.
