With heart disease being one of the biggest causes of death in the UK, the regular purported link between high dietary fat, cholesterol and heart health gets a lot of regular air time and column inches.
There have recently been studies released which question the validity of health benefits low fat diets and foods, causing confusion. This workshop will help you understand the role of fat within your diet, and how it can positively and negatively affect your health.
