Mind Full Or Mindful? Exploring The Mind-body Connection
Many of us spend our lives rushing around at 100mph. We try to juggle work and life and being ‘stressed’ is almost taken for granted. But many of us aren’t fully aware of the widespread effects of chronic stress on our health.
This talk will explore the close relationship between the mind and body by drawing on the effects that modern living can have on our physiology.
The talk will also discuss what it means to be mindful and how and why you should incorporate mindfulness into your daily life to improve your wellbeing.
