Afternoon Tea Bake Off

This workshop will demonstrate the techniques required to prepare a traditional afternoon tea along with an illustration of creative culinary skills.

There will be delectable samples for tasting as well as a master class in cake decoration.

The event will include presentations by year 10 Catering students, which will highlight why an entrepreneurial approach to learning ensures progress.
