In 2015, Oceans Project's CEO Sarah Weldon embarks on her first ever speaking tour in connection with her attempt to set four Guinness World Records as the first person ever to single handedly circumnavigate Britain by rowing boat (Great British Viking Quest).
The What Not To Eat At Sea science comedy show, is split into two 20-30 minute sections, with an interval in between for tasting the freeze dried foods that Sarah will eat at sea thanks to Expedition Foods.
