More beautiful than any woman alive, the young and innocent Medusa is sucked into a world of power where money rules and beauty is a commodity that is easily bought. Slowly destroyed by the men around her and the jealousy of the goddess Athena, Medusa falls, only to rise again now cursed to live out her days as a fearsome monster, her beautiful eyes turning any man who dares to look at her to stone.

The Medusa myth is a tragedy that has echoed through the generations. Through a contemporary setting we see how her story is still relevant today, a myth whose subversion reveals current truths and also betrays an epic tragedy of our modern age.'
