La Belle Epoque
A ravishing all-French recital with the "beautiful, gleaming voice" of the charismatic young Franco-Nigerian soprano Omo Bello.
Bello’s first place in the 2010 Luciano Pavarotti International Singing Competition prompted one Italian critic to pronounce her "a talent of gold". But her Parisian training gives her a special connection to the songs of Debussy and Fauré.
This concert is part of the Debussy Festival taking place from Saturday 17 – Sunday 25 March.
