You'll get a warm hello for the Mr. and Mrs. who run the joint, though there's no love lost on each other. Brimming with pathos and humour, this modern classic is a tour-de-force as two actors take on every role; from the punters to the caustic, bickering owners.

Schoolhouse Productions is a new venture for Bristol's Alma Tavern Theatre, and was their debut in-house production. Schoolhouse have teamed up with newly appointed Resident Director, Anna Friend, who recently won multiple awards for her production of Polly Stenham's Tusk Tusk, including Best Play, Best Director and Best Performance by a Youth Group.
