Introducing… Komedia Bath’s first annual Comedy Launchpad competition!

Komedia are looking for the best new comic talent that Bath and the surrounding area has to offer! Whether you're a solo stand-up or a sketch duo or group, they want to see your funnies!

Each heat will be judged in part by audience vote, and in part by a different seasoned comic pro at each heat. Said seasoned pro will also perform a headline slot to round-off the night so keep your eyes peeled for announcements coming soon!

The top prize will be a PAID slot at their flagship Saturday night comedy club, Krater to launch our winner.

Runners up will receive a ‘Badger of Honour’ accreditation for their comedy CV as well as some other top secret prizes. There’ll even be a booby prize on offer for the best-worst joke of the competition!

The Rules:

To enter you must not be a professional comic who performs regular paid gigs. If you’re just entering the scene and you’ve managed to bag a paid slot or two that’s absolutely fine, but remember – the competition is designed to celebrate new talent.
