A Writers Round is hosted by Nashville singer-songwriter, Jeff Cohen, and features three songwriters from both sides of the Atlantic: Ashley Campbell (USA), Kezia Gill (UK), and Jonny Morgan (UK), the American Music Award's 'Emerging Artist of the Year 2024'.

Jeff has worked closely with many other UK artists, including The Shires, Jess and The Bandits, The Wandering Hearts, Catherine McGrath, Ward Thomas, and Sarah Darling.

Jeff Cohen

A prolific songwriter, Jeff Cohen's songs have featured on shows such as 'Dawson's Creek', 'Party of Five', 'Ed', 'Roswell', 'Reba', 'Smallville', 'Who Wants To Marry My Dad', 'Once and Again' and others. His song 'One and Only', performed by Teitur, was featured 3 times in the summer hit movie 'My Super Ex-girlfriend'.

Ashley Campbell

Songwriter. Singer. Banjo player. Ashley Campbell juggles all three roles, armed with the ability not only to dream up a modern country song, but to deliver it, too. Already known for her work alongside her father, country legend Glen Campbell, who, during his final years as a touring musician, leaned heavily on his youngest daughter as a banjo player, keyboardist and harmony vocalist, Ashley is now stepping out on her own. Her music is a mix of her wide-ranging influences, combining the old-school country sound popularized by her father during the '60s and '70s with contemporary Americana, rootsy folk and country-pop. Glen Campbell's long-time fans may hear something familiar in Ashley's melodies as she embraces these similarities while distinguishing herself as a talented frontwoman.

Kezia Gill

Derby Based Singer/Songwriter Kezia Gill is a country singer-songwriter who took home the award for 'Best Female' at this years BCMA Awards in 2019.

Jonny Morgan

Jonny Morgan has a bellowing voice reminiscent of that of a vintage blues singer. The Bristol-based singer songwriter will no doubt grab your attention with his contemporary twist on acoustic roots music, combined with melodic hooks.
