Drinking With Angelika

A brand new musical, never before performed in Oxfordshire, the show follows a group of strangers who mysteriously find themselves brought together in a run-down bar in the middle of nowhere, on the coldest Christmas Eve since 1963.

Questions soon begin to arise about the reasons why they’ve been brought together, and why they cannot simply leave and return to their everyday lives. A businessman, a lorry driver, an army general, a drifter and a dance coach…each harbouring a secret, a story, a confession.

As the shocking truths about their lives are revealed, and many secrets thought buried forever are brought to the surface, each person is brought to account for one day in their lives by the three mysterious residents of the forgotten bar.
