Aberdeen's Blitz Experience - 21 April 1943

Based on information from the 2010 Exhibition, Aberdeen's Blitz: 21 April 1943, you will see the sites of some of the worst bombing in the city and compare it with data from library archives as well as hearing extracts from personal testimonies of those who lived through it.

Starting at the Northern Hotel just next to what used to be Kittybrewster Station, you will follow a line through the heaviest hit areas of the city, ending at the foot of Charlotte Street. A truly unique insight into one of the city's darkest hours.

Starts at the Bus Stop near Northern Hotel, Gt. Northern Road and ends at John Street.
