Ben Poole, Stevie Nimmo

This is a co-headline tour promoting their forthcoming new albums “Sky Won’t Fall” and “Time Has Come”, both released on Manhaton Records.

Stevie is well known due to his gigs with The Nimmo Brothers and a very well received trio band tour last year. His first solo album “Wynds of Life” was released to critical acclaim in 2010 so his new album is very welcome and according to Stevie is the most exciting recording he has ever done.

Ben has moved fast since he burst out of the Brighton Institute of Modern Music onto the post-millennial scene. The new album captures the gritty velocity of his shows in a studio context.

“There’s a rawness and edginess, but also a subtlety and intimacy,” says Poole. “Wayne and I developed an amazing working relationship. Neither of us were afraid to throw countless ideas out there, and nothing was dismissed, no matter how crazy it might have sounded.”
