Jesus Christ Superstar

After the successful junior performance of Joseph and The Technicolor Dreamcoat, WAOS are back with another smash Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice show.

Originally written as a rock opera album by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber, Jesus Christ Superstar opened on Broadway in 1971, transferring to the West End the next year where it ran for eight years and went on to become one of the greatest and most enduring musicals of its time.

Featuring numerous catchy tunes in many different styles, from the upbeat Everything's Alright and Hosanna, Mary Magdalene's soulful love song I Don't Know How To Love Him, the comedy number King Herod's Song to the renowned title song Superstar this emotional and stirring musical continues to move audiences forty years on.
