Radiohead will be embarking on an international tour next year, according to manager Bruce Edge.
Speaking to Billboard.com, the band's manager is reported to have said:
'We plan to tour next year, starting in May through to probably the end of the year. With lots of holidays in that period.'
Although, apparently, touring isn't Thom Yorke's favourite thing to do:
'He likes to do shows, but the whole business of schlepping around the world is not top of his list of favorite things to do...He really enjoys playing to the fans - it's just the process of how to do that which is the pain in the neck...' explained Edge.
Radiohead recently made musical history when they released their highly anticipated seventh album, In Rainbows, via Internet download at a price of the customer's choosing.
It now seems that they'll be touring in 2008, in support of their new material. To make sure you're amongst the first to know if and when Radiohead announce any new dates, make sure you sign up to Ents24's Tour Date Alerts here.
