Michael McIntyre, the comedy sensation of 2008, is set to embark on his biggest UK tour to-date, playing 12 arena dates throughout the UK this autumn with more dates to be announced. Kicking of at Cardiff International Arena on September 23rd, Michael will then visit Nottingham, London, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Sheffield, Manchester, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Newcastle and Belfast. The tour concludes at the Brighton Centre on November 5th. Michael's brilliantly engaging delivery and effortless rapport with the audience have led to him to be hailed, by audiences and critics alike, as the best new stand up to emerge in a decade. He took the comedy world by storm last year selling out shows around the UK, including an impressive five nights at London's Hammersmith Apollo. His debut DVD release, Michael McIntyre Live & Laughing, became the fastest-selling debut stand-up DVD of all time, selling nearly 600,000 copies to date and rising.
