
Amy Winehouse
The 2007 MOBO Awards were announced during a glittering ceremony at London's O2 Arena last night.
The Music Of Black Origin Awards were first held in 1996, aiming to celebrate black music in all its forms, whilst also helping to nurture up and coming talent.
It was troubled singer Amy Winehouse who undoubtedly stole the show last night, both performing at the ceremony and taking home the award for Best UK Female. British rapper Dizzee Rascal was awarded Best UK Male, while Kanye West was given awards for Best Hip Hop Act and Best Video for recent single Stronger.

Ne-Yo
American artist Ne-Yo was awarded Best Song and Best R&B Act, with Rihanna, who recently spent ten weeks at number one, taking home the award for Best International Act.
Previous MOBO winners have included Beyonce, Black Eyed Peas, Lemar and Lethal Bizzle.
