Elvis Forever hits Hyde Park this weekend
In the year that the King of Rock 'n' Roll would have turned 75, Radio 2 is bringing together some great names from the world of pop and rock music to perform his best loved and most popular songs as part of Elvis Forever, a concert to be held in London's Hyde Park on Sunday 12th September, hosted by Radio 2 breakfast show presenter Chris Evans with a special appearance by Priscilla Presley. Just confirmed to headline the event is the legendary Tom Jones The veteran singer, who struck up a close friendship with The King in the 1970s, will be joined by an already stellar line up including Scouting For Girls, Imelda May, Fran Healy (from Travis), Craig David, Tony Hadley, Marti Pellow, Nell Bryden and Suzi Quatro. | ![]() ![]() Tom Jones |
