Elton John has been unable to reschedule his four UK dates in London, Newcastle, Sheffield and Liverpool due to venue availability and the scale of the Red Piano show, Sir Elton is recovering well following his release from hospital, having contracted influenza and an e-coli bacterial infection. Unfortunately this led to the postponement of the four UK shows on his Red Piano tour last month. The star has been overwhelmed by the tremendous loyalty and messages of support he has received from his fans in the UK and is terribly disappointed not to have been able to perform the shows. Promoters were quick to thank all ticket holders for their patience over the last few weeks and confirmed that refunds of the full face value of the ticket would commence this week.
