Amy Winehouse and Madonna have both won awards at this year's Ivor Novello Awards.
Now in their 52nd year, the Ivor Novello's honour songwriting in all its forms, and are given out in memory of the Welsh composer, singer and actor Ivor Novello.
Amy Winehouse won Best Contemporary Song for hit single Rehab, whilst Madonna took the International Hit Of The Year for Sorry.
Nominees the Arctic Monkeys missed out on the Best Song Musically And Lyrically award, which was handed to Scott Matthews for his track Elusive.

They were, however, given the Album Award for debut album Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not.
The Elton John penned Scissor Sisters hit I Don't Feel Like Dancing took the Most Performed Work award, whilst Leona Lewis' A Moment Like This walked away with Best Selling UK Single.
Other winners included Norman Cook, The Feeling and Peter Gabriel, who was given the Lifetime Achievement Award.
