On 22nd June 2005 members of the Metropolitan Police shot dead Jean Charles de Menezes, an innocent Brazilian electrician, at Stockwell Underground Station. Four years later, the aftershocks of his killing continue to be felt throughout British society. How did this happen, who let it, and what does it mean for us all today?
