Before you know it, one of them has put the medical school's psychotic janitor into a coma because of his threats to rat the whole lot out to the police about using medical drugs recreationally. Total downer right? Wrong! Because they decide to wake the poor handyman by forcing him to take highly volatile, experimental drugs, sending him into a metaphysical rampage, hell-bent on killing every last one of them, and ensuring a fantastically dark horror film.
