Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince 12A

Year 6 at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry has finally reached us on the big screen, and dark times lie ahead for Harry and his gang. This year sees Harry obtain a Potions book once belonging to a former student who dubbed himself the 'Half-Blood Prince'. On top of this, he has begun private lessons with Professor Dumbledore, hoping to learn the secrets of Voldemort's past to find a way to defeat him. This instalment is darker, edgier and much angrier than the first 5 films. The kids are growing up, falling in love and facing moral dilemmas that test their virtue. The film is a must see for kids and adults alike, as fans of the books will once again be treated to a magical adventure told by an excellent cast.
