Looking For Eric 
Looking For Eric follows the story of middle-aged, Manchester-based postman Eric Bishop (Steve Evets), who is struggling to keep himself together as his life begins to fall apart. Abandoned by his wife and left to deal with his unruly stepsons, Eric suffers a panic attack and endures a car accident. He escapes unharmed, but with nobody to confide in, he turns to his idol - a poster of Manchester United football legend Eric Cantona - for solace. One night, whilst getting high in his bedroom, Eric begins to imagine Cantona as an apparition. As the two get to know each other, Cantona starts giving advice to Eric on how to get his life back on track, and how to find a way to win the heart of his childhood sweetheart. Funny and sharply observed, Loach delivers a film that is endearing, crowd-pleasing and moving.
