Coraline 
The beautifully animated adaptation of Neil Gaiman's novella, Coraline is the story of a young girl who moves into a new apartment with her busy parents. Exploring the house and surrounding areas, she meets Wybie, a strange boy who informs her his grandmother grew up in the house, and that her sister went missing as a child. At night, Coraline is drawn through a passageway into an alternate version of the house, featuring caring, entertaining duplicates of her parents, Wybie and Wybie's cat, all with buttons over their eyes. Although informed by the cat that the Other Mother is planning to trap her, Coraline is offered the opportunity to stay in the idyllic Otherworld, provided she allows her eyes to be replaced by buttons, and from here on, the depth of the Other Mother's deception is revealed...
