Death Race 
Set in 2012 during a US economy collapse, former NASCAR champion Jensen Ames (Jason Statham) has hit rock bottom. Wrongfully sent to prison for the murder of his wife (Janaya Stephens), Ames finds himself in Terminal Island, the country's most brutal and notorious facility, run for-profit by the ruthless Warden Hennessey (Joan Allen). Having created the world's most popular pay-per-view sport, a fight-to-the-death car race in which the inmates compete to win their freedom, Hennessey has all the prisoners under her control. Forced to enter the race under the disguise of four-time champion Frankenstein (David Carradine), Ames must kill or be killed in order to win back his freedom and the chance to see his little girl.
