Formed in 1991, by singer/songwriter Dave Matthews, their first album, which was released completely independently in 1993, sold enough copies to be certified Gold. Their classic songwriting tinged with elements of blues, Latin, funk and soul, has made their music accessible and popular to a wide and varied audience. In 1997 they won a Grammy for Best Vocal Performance and have been nominated for eleven more. Their down-to-earth nature and hardworking ethic coupled with gifted musicianship, have made them one of America's most loved bands.

A London based band formed by Petter and Terry somewhere in between 2005 and 2006, having previously both played in their last band, Historia. Since forming Alberta Cross, the band have built up an extremely strong repertoire of songs. A glorious, warm and fuzzy mix of blues, folk and alternative country.
