The timeless Christmas ballet is presented in its movie version of the New York City Ballet production choreographed by the great George Balanchine, and starring Macaulay Culkin. Add in the sumptuous sound of Northern Sinfonia playing Tchaikovsky's music live, and you've got a real Christmas treat filled with marching toy soldiers, a glowing Christmas tree, mischievous mice and crystalline waltzing snowflakes.
