More Information

Graham Coxon

Graham Coxon

It's hard to believe that skinny indie lad Graham Coxon is now in his forties, but there it is - and a brief glance at his CV will lessen the surprise somewhat: a career with Blur spanning 13 years and a massively adored solo performer since 1998. The multi-instrumentalist has produced a variety of albums from the folkish-rockish The Sky Is Too High to his latest offering, the narrative concept album The Spinning Top, and continues to be a solid and influential figure in modern British music.

Robyn Hitchcock

Robyn Hitchcock

The man has over a dozen solo albums and seems to be a bottomless well of imagination - the usual extremes of emotion love, life and death, sprinkled with large grains of humour. A fabulous guitarist who can hold his own with one of the best rhythm sections there is. Live and in combination the output is consistently excellent. A multi-layered psychedelic sound that bites.

Martin Carthy

Martin Carthy

Former member of Steeleye Span, The Albion Band and folk super group Band Of Hope, Martin Carthy was awarded the MBE in 1998 for services to folk music. Further credits include nurturing Bob Dylan, and giving his arrangement of 'Scarborough Fair' to Paul Simon.

Natasha Marsh

Natasha made her critically acclaimed debut with Grange Park Opera singing Jacqueline in Fortunio by André Messager; she returned to sing the roles of Governess in Britten's The Turn of the Screw and Donna Elvira / Don Giovanni. She won the 'M.O.C.S.A. Young Welsh Singer of the Year 1999', and has since created the title role in Michael Berkeley’s new opera Jane Eyre with great success for Music Theatre Wales.

Max Eastley

Sound sculptor who plays his own musical invention called the ARC, a 9-foot single-string. No, really.
