The Just Joans are a six piece band from Motherwell, Scotland. Formed in North Lanarkshire in 1997, their music is dominated by vocals in a strong Scottish brogue. The accompaniment is beautifully lo-fi and the product is a warm and achingly delicate perfect slice of folky indiepop.
