Every year IDEOMS aims to perform War & Glaur at several venues around Armistice weekend. John Nichol's acclaimed play War & Glaur relays experiences of the Great War through the voices of Scottish writers. The play is performed by John Nichol featuring songs from Hilary Bell and accompaniment by Alison Kaye. War & Glaur is composed almost entirely of poetry and song, which take us from the jingism of the recruitment drive to the horrific reality of No Man's Land.
