Junior Drama

Junior Drama on Wednesdays for ages 7-11 is all about exploring drama, meeting new friends and having fun. Every week, different techniques are used to learn how we can use our voices, bodies and minds to dramatically express ourselves and discover hidden talents! Lots of drama games which are designed to encourage teamwork, build confidence, increase focus/concentration and improve speaking and listening. Also a look at different dramatic techniques such as mime, physical theatre, masks and improvisation. 4:00pm-5:30pm session: This group is designed for those who really want to come and have fun and learn through drama, without the big commitment of having to come every week or the pressure of a final performance. 5:30pm-7:00pm session: This group is for those who are more committed and serious about learning different drama techniques and performance styles, will be able to attend each week and are happy to work towards a final performance. No class in half term week.
