A hedonistic party, a rickety car and a journey like no other... Shall we hit the road? Meet Gina and Blighty, who wander near the road, hitching rides whenever they can. The people they meet on their journey are inextricably drawn into their contemplation of the absurdity of the world around them. But all Blighty really wants is to get to work on time! A couple of poor, English speaking Poles, this is how they introduce themselves. But who are they really? This is a fast-paced drama, filled with dark, ironic humour, written by Dorota Maslowska who, at 26, is already a phenomenon in Eastern Europe. This story, originally set in Poland and relocated to the UK, shows a very familiar world seen through a completely different set of eyes.
