Dreadzone

Dreadzone

One of the country's top reggae and dub acts, founded in 1993 by Greg Roberts and Tim Bran. Their debut album 360° set the stage for the follow up, Second Light, to be cited as a favourite of John Peel's and saw them play at Glastonbury just one year after their formation. Continuing to record and release new music, Dreadzone for many years hosted Dubweiser at Notting Hill Arts Club, and subsequently released Once Upon A Time in 2005. Their continued popularity remains a testament to their presence in British music.

Adrian Edmondson & The Bad Shepherds

The Bad Shepherds is the exciting new collaboration conceived by comedian Adrian Edmondson featuring Martin Allcock from Fairport Convention and Jethro Tull, Troy Donockley renowned for his work with Iona, Maddy Prior and Midge Ure plus rising Irish star violinist and vocalist Eimear Bradley. The Bad Shepherds revisit punk era classics and add arrangements inspired by traditional music.

Pauline Black (Of Selector)

As lead singer of The Selecter, Pauline enjoyed a string of hits in the early '80s, including 'On My Radio' and 'Missing Words'. Since then she has worked extensively in television, film and radio. Her theatre credits range from Titania in A Midsummer's Nights Dream at the Lyric Theatre to Yvette in Mother Courage at the Olympia Theatre Dublin. Her television credits include presenter of two series of Black on Black (Channel 4) and parts in Something's Wrong in Paradise, The Bill, Shelley, Hearts & Minds, Two Thousand Acres of Sky and The Vice.
