A new work by Susan Philipsz specially commissioned for the Radcliffe Observatory, Green Templeton College, Oxford. Known for her evocative and emotive installations in which the artist’s voice is the central medium, Philipsz has developed one of the most distinctive and internationally celebrated practices in recent years.
