Set in the heart of middle-America, a small town is turned upside down when a fast-talking con man arrives on the scene. Prejudice, politics and passion follow in this contemporary and amusing look at a classic American musical. The story revolves around Harold Hill, a confidence trickster who promises to transform the town's unruly kids into a marching band. However he is the one transformed thanks to the faith of the townsfolk and one woman in particular.
