The Hand

The Hand are Wig Smith and Rachael Dadd who met a few years ago whilst working on Bristol's ferry boats. Sharing a love of old and new folk from Joni Mitchell to Diane Cluck, they began to make music together. Using a combination of kora, banjo, ukulele and guitar, they use strange time signatures and sing with unusual and interesting harmonies.
