Frank Turner

Million Dead singer turned folk troubador Frank Turner. His solo career began where Million Dead left off, and since then he has achieved cult status as a singer-songwriter. Dive Dive have often served has his backing band and appear on his records, and Chris T-T is now also a backing musician for Turner. In March 2008, he released Love, Ire and Song, his second album, to fantastic acclaim.

Sam Isaac

An acoustic singer/songwriter playing heartbreaking tales of love, family and vulnerability. Counting Bright Eyes, The Spinto Band and Ed Harcourt amongst his influences, young Sam has self-released two mini albums, received glowing reviews and national radio play on Radio 1, 2 and XFM.

Rogues

Rogues

Hailing from Wales and Harrow and consisting of three brothers and two drifters, Rogues were formed in August 2008. Influenced by Bowie, U2, Klaxons and Prince, strange pop songs were soon emerging. Combining new wave atmospherics with upbeat dance grooves to create original, ethereal pop music Rogues' pivotal debut single and live shows have generated a storm of interest gaining support from the likes of Zane Lowe, Steve Lamacq, John Kennedy, Huw Stevens, NME and The Fly.

Jersey Budd

Inspired by his fathers love of Dylan, Springsteen, Lou Reed, Cat Stevens, Paul Weller, and also later captivated by Oasis, Jersey picked up a guitar as a teenager and taught himself to play guitar and piano. Jersey has spent the past few years writing, building a collection of songs, and finally moulding a band around him. The result is a collection of classic songs shaped by his peers, yet with his unique voice, soul and talent for a melody, which has led to Jersey being tipped as one to watch.
