Jimmy Carr

Since leaving work as psychotherapist and becoming a stand-up comedian in 1998, Jimmy has won over audiences in the top comedy clubs all over the country. His lovingly crafted one-liners deconstruct modern living and confess to his most middle-class tendencies. He was nominated for the Perrier Award in 2002 for his solo show, 'Bare Faced Ambition', and has since become a regular fixture on Channel 4 and BBC 2's QI.
