Bird Eats Baby is a young band from Brighton that have a dark cabaret feel about them. They boast a string section, a lack of guitars and are led by pianist/singer Mishkin. They claim to have been influenced by the likes of Dresden Dolls, Tiger Lilies, DeVotchka and Regina Spektor, but if you can imagine Freddie Mercury getting drunk on Absinthe with Van Gogh (after the ear incident) at the Moulin Rouge you won't be far off.
