Accompanying Alzheimer’s: Loss, Love & Laughter:
Cathy Greenblat

This exhibition tenderly handles the difficult subject of Alzheimer’s by showing us the loss that is felt, the love that can be given and the laughter that is still possible with the right support. For several years Cathy Greenblat has been working as an agent for change in thinking about growing old and mental illness, by combining her background as a Professor of Sociology for 35 years with her passion for photography. With her work focusing on best practices in dementia care, she hopes to foster understanding and show the positive outcomes of the challenges of ageing which we all face.
