This masterclass in hypocrisy, as fresh and provoking as when it was banned in 1664, is perfectly suited to Miracle's high energy outdoor performance style. Orgon welcomes the righteous Tartuffe into his home, adopting him as a spiritual and life-style guide and, as a true disciple, signs over everything he owns.
