The Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup is Britain's only jockeys' competition, where teams of riders from all over the world compete over six races for the trophy. The teams are Great Britain, Ireland, Europe and Rest of the World – a new format introduced in 2007 and attracting a record crowd. The day is easy for everyone to follow and on this unique occasion you get the chance to meet the jockeys taking part and get their autograph in the racecard. This will take place before racing in the Parade Ring. There is also a 2 hour live '80s concert in the Old Paddock after racing featuring The 'Here & Now' Tour.

The Original Bucks Fizz

Bucks Fizz became one of the UK's biggest pop acts after winning the Eurovision Song Contest in 1981 with their famous skirt-ripping dance routine. Their song, Making Your Mind Up, went to number one in nine countries, and was followed by hit singles including My Camera Never Lies and Land of Make Believe. Cheryl Baker, Mike Nolan and Jay Aston have been touring together again following a hugely successful appearance at the Here & Now arena tour.

His catchy chart-topping tunes with erudite and meaningful lyrics have earned him a fans and respect the world over.
