More Information

The Killers

The Killers

Formed in late 2001, Las Vegas-spawned guitar-synth four-piece The Killers stormed into the UK in the summer of 2004 with their hit single 'Somebody Told Me'. After touring with British Sea Power and stellastarr, Brandon Flowers and his men quickly gathered a mass of fans and plenty of media interest in their aptly named debut album 'Hot Fuss' flying from virtual unknowns to award-nominees practically overnight.

Razorlight

Razorlight

Passionate, wired and raw, Razorlight are the darlings of the music press. Fronted by the hyperactive Johnny Borrell, their very English brand of indie-punk has seen them compared to both The Clash and The Libertines, and their stunning debut single Rip It Up crashed into the charts. 'Sexy, shivery, gorgeous!' (NME).

The Specials

The Specials

Coventry's The Specials are without doubt the definitive 2Tone band of their generation. In the late 70s and early 80s they pioneered the new British ska sound and racked up 7 top 10 hits whilst exerting an influence on the fledgling genre that is beyond measure. Now reformed to celebrate their 30th anniversary with original members Terry Hall, Neville Staple, Sir Horace Gentleman, Roddy Radiation, Lynval Golding and John Bradbury.

James

James

Champions of the Madchester era, and famous for anthems such as Sit Down and She's A Star, James are one of the classic bands of the British music scene. Now reformed after a five year hiatus, James are back and better than ever.

Paolo Nutini

More than just a youth from Paisley - following a long musical apprenticeship into his 22nd year, earning him a sizeable chunk of industry knowledge, Paolo Nutini is well on his way to becoming the name on everyone's lips thanks to his incredible singing voice. As BBC sessions and huge-scale tours (not to mention being billed alongside Paul Weller, Aretha Franklin and Kid Rock to name but a few) have become part and parcel of Paolo's life and career he looks set to accomplish an exceptional degree of fame and recognition.

Björn Again

Björn Again

Björn Again was created and founded in 1988 in Melbourne, Australia by Company Director and Bass Player Rod Stephen. The show, which is not labelled a 'tribute' or a 'copy' but seen as a band in its own right, rapidly achieved worldwide cult status, boasting over 4000 performances in 60 countries in 20 years. Recently endorsed by ABBA's Agnetha Fältskog, the ultimate aim for Rod is to keep his band at the top and continue for as long as people want to hear ABBA's songs performed the way Björn Again do them...hopefully for another 20 years!!
