The best-loved collection of stories from Rudyard Kipling's 'The Jungle Book' - but with the author's own title, so as to avoid any confusion with the Disney film. Mowgli is found as a tiny baby crawling through the jungle by a family of wolves and adopted as one of the pack. It soon becomes clear that although the 'little frog' has less fur than the wolf, less speed than the panther and less agility than the monkey his courage and wit mark him out as the future King of the Jungle. How then will he cope if he should ever encounter his own kind again? Kipling's classic is thoughtful, funny and very exciting. Performance is outside at the Old Hall.
