The Bees -

The Bees come from the small Isle Of Wight on the south coast of England. They made their first record in a shed and their second was made at Abbey Road. They're doing the third in their basement. The Bees are Aaron Fletcher, Paul Butler, Kris Birkin, Tim Parkin, Michael Clevett and Warren Hampshire. They take inspiration from all over the shop so their records are wonderfully hard to categorize. Nominated for the 2002 Mercury Music Prize.

A band who 'write post-post modern dadaist poetry.... Seven Seals are fast becoming one of the most compelling live badns in the UK. Their Prog-punk mixture takes in elements of early Roxy Music, Can, Eno, early Genesis, Television, Pere Ubu and The Fall'- Love Peace Music.
