Jools Holland -

Former Squeeze ivory-tickler and presenter of the legendary Later with Jools Holland. Since learning to play fluently at the tender age of eight, Jools has gone on to become one of the UK's most proficient jazz and blues pianists. Having toured extensively with his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra, his charismatic personality, impeccably good taste and accessible music have made him one of the nations most well-respected, and well-loved, musicians.

Marc Almond

Marc Almond -

Former frontman of Soft Cell, now well established as a solo artist. Following a brief Soft Cell reunion in 2001, Marc Almond went on to develop a successful career as an international DJ specialising in electro-clash.

Chris Farlowe

Chris Farlowe -

One-time amateur boxer Chris Farlowe's musical career began with a skiffle group, before joining The Thunderbirds in the mid 1960s. Probably best remembered for his version of the Jagger-Richard composition 'Out Of Time' and 'Handbags And Gladrags', later being covered by Rod Stewart and The Stereophonics. In the 1970s he also sang in the hard rock supergroup Atomic Rooster.

One of the finest blues voices this side of the Atlantic, Ian was dubbed by Mojo magazine as 'the cleverest writer and most magnetic performer of blues currently working in the UK'. An enigmatic delivery of the blues. Without doubt the most talented musician to emerge from Britain on to the European blues scene in years, he doesn't just perform the blues, he is possessed by them.

Ruby Turner -

Ruby Turner is renowned for hits such as 'If You're Ready (Come Go With Me)', 'I'd Rather Go Blind' and the No 1 hit single in the US R'n'B chart 'Its Gonna Be Alright'. To date, she has released eight albums, and guested on releases for the likes of Brian Ferry, UB40, Steve Winwood and Jools Holland. This amazing singer/songwriter is blessed with a voice to die for and whether performing jazz, soul or r'n'b, she'll blow you away!

Louisiana born blues guitarist Sherman Robertson is one of the most important artist in blues today. He is most famous for being the guitarist of choice on Paul Simon's platinum-selling Graceland album, and has a huge following in the UK. 'Some of the best Texas soul-blues anyone could hope for.
