First full festie from a team of greenies who started off selling coffee and croissants at folk festivals 21 years ago. Loads of music plus a cabaret dome, organic food, local beers and wines, workshops, games and plenty for nippers. Apparently the largest solar-powered sound and lighting rig in the world, too. Eclectic psychedelic jazz fusion outfit. No trumpets, but just about everything else included from sax to didj, and dulcimer to tabla. Dance music for the primeval and future horizons of sound.

Nizlopi -

Luke Concannon (vocals, guitar & percussion) and John Parker (double bass) are an original and talented acoustic duo whose offbeat touching lyrics are paired with a unique sound inspired by a myriad of disparate influences such as Celtic, hip-hop, Motown, roots and soul. They emanate energy, passion and power in sound that sends your skin tingling and sets crowds jumping.

3 Daft Monkeys -

Cornish nu-folk band, who mix up Celtic, Gypsy and Spanish influences to create an infectious carnival sound. Played Glastonbury 2002 and have recently supported The Oysterband and The Levellers.

Martha Tilston -

Folk singer/songwriter with a mesmerising voice. She is the daughter of acoustic legend Steve Tilston, and one half of the group Mouse.

Sheelanagig -

Eclectic Bristol five-piece making funked up gypsy folk with a reggae vibe, driven by infectious grooves from a rhythm section steeped in jazz, funk and latin influences. 'High octane stuff...would liven any party and keep the floor full...' fROOTS
