Fun Lovin' Criminals -

From the band's eponymous 'redneck hip-hop song', to the chilled vibes of Love Unlimited, this New York trio have been rollin' their own unique blend of rap, blues and rock since 1993. The addition of some tongue-in-cheek gangsta humour from frontman Huey ensures that FLC's live shows are just as memorable as their music.

Alabama 3 -

Legendary Brixton collective, best known for the theme tune to the TV show 'Sopranos'. They combine techno beats with country instruments and are a group best sampled live.

MOBO award winner Estelle is going from strength to strength. Over the past few years she has built up a significant reputation both on the street and in the media. At the beginning of her career, Music Week cited her as the one UK rapper 'most likely to challenge the mainstream.' Estelle has become one of the hottest urban talents in the UK.

Jimmy Cliff -

Arguably overshadowed by the rise of Bob Marley, Jimmy Cliff continues to enjoy a successful career that's seen him record 20 albums and boasts two of the biggest worldwide reggae hits; 'Wonderful World, Beautiful People' and 'You Can Get It If You Really Want'. With a respected sideline in movie acting, most notably in 'The Harder They Come', 2002 has more recently seen him scoop the 'Contribution to Urban Music' MOBO award.

Candi Staton -

A legendary soul and disco singer whose massive seventies hits include 'Nights On Broadway' and 'Young Hearts Run Free'. Raw and ravaged, hers is a voice with a tera in it, singing songs of love, pain and hope. 'Staton deserves to be right up there alongside Aretha and Gladys in the soul pantheon'- Mojo.

Mankala -

Mankala is a 5-piece multicultural band playing rhythmic and energetic original music with lots of African, Caribbean and Latin elements. The band brings together musicians from diverse places such as Martinica and Trinidad, Zambia, Canary Islands and England. With a fresh uplifting and rhythmic sound, inflected with a variety of eclectic styles such as zouk, calypso, soca, reggae, a touch of afro-beat and a hint of salsa, Mankala is definitively a live band that will get the party started. African grooves and Latin-funk add up to a night to remember.
